Ice dragon ice sculptures offers the finest quality ice sculptures in New Orleans and throughout much of the Gulf South. Our general delivery area (see the map above) ranges along I-10 from Baton Rouge to Pensacola and north to Hattiesburg and includes Slidell, Gulfport, Biloxi, and Mobile. However, on occasion we have events as far west as Lafayette and as far east as Tallahassee. For very special events, we can go anywhere.

Most ice dragon pieces are hand carved by Dawson List. Dawson is a gold medal sculptor that has carved throughout the U.S. and travelled as far as Europe, Alaska, and the Caribbean to carve ice sculptures. Dawson has carved ice for 19 years and competed at 5 National Championships (finishing as high as 4th), 3 World Championships (finishing as high as 2nd in a team event), and at the Olympic carving competition in Provo, UT in 2002.
