Out at Watersound Beach Club near Panama City Beach, we provided this new and unusual ice seafood tray for an elegant wedding reception. The sculpture/tray was assembled, mostly onsite, from six separate pieces of ice that resulted in a stable and stylish platform for a scrumptious seafood display. The Beach Club’s beautiful grounds and building were a fantastic setting for the ceremony and reception. The only disappointment was that we never saw how the seafood/ice combination turned out!
